would like to enlist some helpers

Just finished planning a huge build in my head, I'm not gonna draw it out cos it'll take three million years, but what I wanna do is, build up a cobble casing over the entire island that Ive decided to use, and I wanna build my "town" and whatever else inside there, the lower down the houses the higher quality they are, I dunno what gave me this idea but this is what I wanna dedicate my time on minecraft to, if anyone would like to help, I would appreciate it greatly, lemme know.

I'm...not really too sure but I just want to cover the island, I mean I dont wanna just build it over the current layer, I wanna build it fairly high up then cover it over like its some sort of giant stone box but yeah I'll give you a message once I decide to get on there
